Not every life will we find a Soulmate in the form of lover, physical partner or spouse. They are not always meant to be a romantic connection for us.

Why…?
When we plan our lives, we decide what role will be best for our spirit’s growth, what support we will need. It is that role that Soulmates will agree to perform. Your Soulmate could be a friend, your brother, wife or even your spiritual guide. But they are always there with you.

The physical meeting…
When 2 Soulmates meet in the physical, it is similar to a home coming… you feel that recognition and love deep within your spirit… and know that this is a person you’ve always had beside you, even if not in physical form.
Sharing the same dreams… feeling each others emotions from a distance… sensing when the other is in need… these are all common among Soulmates. It is more than just sharing the same likes and dislikes, it is an instant connection that feels like it has always existed.
Whether our Soulmates are incarnated on earth or have remained in spirit form this life, their essence is still with us, and often we are able to reach out and sense them. The following are a few tips on reaching out to your Soulmate.

Soulmate in Spiritual Form…
If you currently speak with your guides or higher self, remember that to speak with your Soulmate is just as simple.
As you would call on your guides, call on your Soulmate’s spirit to be present with you.
If they are in spirit form, and not incarnated on earth, then the spirit’s presence will tend to be very strong around you. You may even recognize them as the energy of one of your guides.
Often when a person, comes in contact with a Soulmate in spiritual form, the energy is so intense, and the love is so strong, it is beyond anything the person has ever experienced. It is a love so deep, and unconditional, it surpasses any love they have felt on earth.

Soulmate Incarnated…
For those whose Soulmates are incarnated on earth, it may be slightly harder for you to pick up on their spirit. But it is still very possible.
Remember, every human has a spirit within, and that spirit is not limited to the boundaries we see in our human form. Our spirits can communicate with each other, outside of using our eyes, ears, mouths and bodies… Energy carries many messages.
Once again, as you would call on your guides, ask them to help you with reaching your Soulmate (Soulmate´s spirit). Since your hearts are closely knit together, you may be able to sense their spirit.
If they are open to energy, and in touch with their intuition then their spirit will be more free to communicate. However, if they are very shadowed or walled within the human form, the spirit may be veiled; in a deeper sleep. This may make it harder to reach out to them.
You may feel the energy around you change, and sense there is another spirit there reaching out to you. Often our physical body responds with feelings of waves, goosebumps, or shivers.
Others may see flashes of places, things, or a person. This is often due to your spirit tapping into the Soulmate´s physical being, but not the Soulmate´s spirit. You are seeing parts of the life they live, but not communicating with the being inside. This may be due to the heavy veil around the spirit, and the dominance of the human mind.
Once you feel that presence… Speak with them. Spirits can communicate through energy, which means your thoughts and feelings can be shared and theirs can be received. Space does not exist when working with the soul.

As you go forward remember…the love of all beings… Finding your Soulmate should never be a mission in life! Everyone who crosses your path, has the potential to touch your heart and affect your soul. Respect that, and love each individual for the being within.

When and if it is time for you to meet your Soulmate in this life, it will happen. Trust in that path you and your Soulmate have created, don’t try to rush it for you can’t. No matter what your mind desires, it is your soul that will call in your Soulmate when it is perfect timing for you both.
